Samin did an outstanding job being involved with our entire transition from beginning to end. He created a seamless experience with his friendly and professional demeanor. He even went above and beyond in sharing the process so that we felt comfortable and aware of what to expect. We felt very confident in his service and trust him for other homes we may buy or sell. Even after we bought our new home, he followed up to make sure we settled in well and had everything we needed. We highly recommend working with Samin!

Samin did a fantastic job helping us find our new home. He’s very familiar with the market, has a lot of empathy for his clients, transparent about the process, and really strives for client satisfaction. With us, we felt he went the extra mile to help us find our best fit. An example is we toured many different homes over a period of months in areas that were not near each other. If we needed an agent in the future, we would consider him again!

This is my second home that I’ve purchased with Samin as my realtor. Once again, Samin has proven to be one of the best (and most underrated) realtor in the DMV. He was able to provide winning strategies which helped us get our home under contract before the first open house! We beat out several other offers on a highly sought after property and closed in less than 4 weeks. 10/10

Zillow needs to expand their character limit to adequately convey how great Samin is. As a first time homebuyer I had a slew of questions and apprehensions and he was able to answer all of them immediately. One scenario that really stuck out to me was touring an open house and there was a realtor and her client touring alongside us as well. Her client would have questions and she would come to Samin for help and he happily answered all of them for her. I was so impressed not by his depth of knowledge but his integrity and kindness to help even his competitors.Ethics aside, Samin excels in balancing wants and needs. He will meet your objectives and long term goals but not at the expense of your short term desires. We toured over 50+ properties until we found the right fit for me and what I wanted. We had many brainstorming sessions and bounced ideas/strategies off each other which I really appreciated going through the perilous process of home buying. I was not easy to work with but he was always happy to help and answer any questions.A pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, responsive and kind are just a few words that come to mind when describing Samin. But don’t be fooled, when it comes to negotiations he is a shark! He will get you the best deals and limit your out of pocket expenses at every step of the process. From initial negotiations to final inspection, he will have your back!Overall, you will not be disappointed teaming up with Samin! He is a great teammate and a real asset to have in your corner. He will find you your perfect home and your next favorite carry out spot!

I had the pleasure of working with Samin as a loan officer, and I must say, my experience with him was nothing short of exceptional. Samin was incredibly organized, professional, and attentive to detail. He took the time to understand his clients' needs and requirements, ensuring that every property he showed them was a good fit. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that his client had, and he made sure to keep everyone informed throughout the entire home buying process. Samin was also an excellent communicator, making sure that all parties involved were on the same page. As a loan officer, it's essential that I work with realtors who are knowledgeable and who can communicate effectively, and Samin was excellent in both regards.

Samin was quick and amazing to work with! One day I need a place the next day Samin had many options and was quick with his responses. We got very lucky with Samin because we have been looking for 1 and 1/2 months. When showing us our options Samin was on time, very helpful and even let us have our time to look and discuss.
