Tim helped me buy this property 12 years ago, and sell this past summer. Tim is very friendly and knowledgeable about the Columbia area, and very patient to understand what I was looking for and show me all the options. When it came time to sell, he was right on with the suggested asking price, and very responsive every step of the way. Highly recommended for a friendly, low-drama real estate transaction experience!

Tim was an amazing partner during my home purchasing adventure. After truly listening to my “need list”, “want list”, and “wish list” items, he researched and shared a list of properties that were very close to my dream house. He suggested one that I initially felt was above my financial reach, but with clever negotiations and begrudging comprises on the part of the seller, I was able to move in to a home that exceeded my expectations.

Our experience with Tim Amann as our realtor was outstanding. The contract that was signed was for my mother's estate involving two adjacent parcels of property. There were many problems. The size of both properties was wrong, property taken by the state highway had not been recorded, several repairs had to be done to the house built in 1936 for the lender, etc. Each problem was handled in a very professional manner, Tim keeping my sister and me constantly up to date. I am sure time spent on our sale was way more than the ordinary contract. I would absolutely recommend him to any buyer/seller.

I have known Tim since grade school. My husband and I had a piece of property we wanted to sell, had it listed with several other agents, property just sat. contacted Tim and within months, the property sold. He was very knowledgable about the area, prices, etc. He has been a great person to work with. He is helping me with finding another house. I will continue to use Tim for all future real estate transactions.

My brothers and I were given the task of selling the home that my parents had lived in for 30 years. We made the mistake initially of contracting with an extremely large real estate agent's group. After three months of no real success, we decided to switch to Tim Amann. The difference was noticed immediately. Tim's attention to detail and quick follow-up with every detail of the process transformed our listing from a challenging experience to one that was pleasant. Tim offered recommendations from the very beginning on how to best show our home, and he took personal attention to everything involved in the process. He met me at the house on several occasions to offer advice and any assistance he could with the process. The negotiations went very well, and if I began to get stressed by the events, Tim's calm and reassuring demeanor offered me the support that I needed. The closing was as smooth and trouble free as could be imagined. I sincerely offer unconditional praise for the quality of Tim's work and for the integrity of Tim as a realtor!

Tim sold my house through an estate I was responsible for and he did a fantastic job. He is professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire sales process. We were able to get a great offer within 1 week, and close less then 30 days later.Tim's experience and knowledge of local real estate allowed us to navigate the entire sales process without any problems.
