For more than 22 years, I’ve helped clients navigate Maryland real estate with clear guidance, solid strategy, and steady leadership. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a waterfront property, or making a move tied to a life transition, my focus is always the same: protect my clients’ interests, anticipate challenges before they become problems, and manage the transaction carefully from start to finish.

My role is to keep you grounded while helping you make smart, well-timed decisions in a market that’s always changing. I make sure my clients understand what they’re doing, what’s coming next, and where the real risks and opportunities are, so decisions are made with confidence, not pressure. I bring structure to the process, clear communication to every step, and honesty to every conversation.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Maryland, offering strong local insight, calm negotiation, and practical guidance. From competitive multiple-offer situations to thoughtfully paced sales, I take the time to explain the why behind each step, so there are no surprises, only informed choices.

I focus on the details, the timing, and the strategy so my clients can stay focused on the bigger picture. Markets shift, emotions run high, and plans don’t always unfold perfectly. Outside of real estate, I’m a mom to two college students and a dog mom to Milo, my Bernese Mountain Dog. I value time with friends and family and quiet days hunting for sea glass along local shores.
